PeerProbe currently serves trial attorneys across all of Florida's circuit courts and federal districts. Additional states are coming soon.
Florida's jury-selection framework governs all 20 judicial circuits. PeerProbe's compliance engine automatically applies the correct ethical guardrails — so you can research every juror in your pool without worrying about crossing a line.
Jurors must be at least 18, a U.S. citizen, and a resident of the county in which they serve. Public officials and persons with unrestored felony convictions are disqualified.
Civil juries consist of 6 jurors; criminal juries range from 6 to 12. Each side receives 3 peremptory challenges in civil cases.
Voir dire is conducted directly by the parties — not the judge — under Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.431 and Art. I, § 22 of the Florida Constitution.
Passive public-record and social media research is permitted under Fla. Bar Ethics Op. 14-1. No contact with jurors of any kind is permitted under Fla. R. Prof'l Conduct 4-3.5.
PeerProbe's compliance engine automatically applies Florida Bar ethical guardrails for every case — blocking any research method that could notify a juror or access non-public data.
